My 16 weeks' healthy project

I would like to change my bad eating habit, especially to eat less salty food and more fruits and vegetables. I just bought a smoothie maker to help me carry out this plan. At the end of 16 weeks, I hope I can drink 400ml fresh fruit juice everyday and eat no more than 6 gram of salt daily.
Here's my plan:
Week1~3 Drink 400ml fresh fruit and vegetable juice twice a week
Avoid using MSG when cook

Week4~6 Drink 400ml fresh fruit and vegetable juice three times a week
Avoid using MSG when cook
Avoid eating salty snacks

Week7~9 Drink 400ml fresh fruit and vegetable juice four times a week
Avoid using MSG when cook
Avoid eating salty snacks
Cut down on salt and soy source when cook

Week10~12 Drink 400ml fresh fruit and vegetable juice five times a week
Avoid using MSG when cook
Avoid eating salty snacks
Cut down on salt and soy source when cook
Avoid salty processed food, such as hot dog, hamburger, pizza, salami, fried chicken, fried patato...

Week 13~15 Drink 400ml fresh fruit and vegetable juice six times a week
Avoid using MSG when cook
Avoid eating salty snacks
Cut down on salt and soy source when cook
Avoid salty processed food, such as hot dog, hamburger, pizza, salami, fried chicken, fried patato...
Buy low-salt product to cook

Week 16 Drink 400ml fresh fruit and vegetable juice everyday
Avoid using MSG when cook
Avoid eating salty snacks

BTW, besides everything related to the course, I would appreciate any comments you might have to make to correct my English mistakes:)
